10 M. solution of 100mL volume, ie. no of moles of solute is 1mole
i.e. 1 mole of NaOH is required to make 10 molar solution of NaOH of 100mL.
But the solution already has 10%w/v of NaOH i.e. 10/40 moles of NaOH = 0.25 moles,
Thus extra moles needed are 1-0.25 = 0.75 moles
Thus mass of NaOH is 0.75*40 = 30g
