Use mid - point theoram to solve this question.

First prove the central triangle congruent to all remaining triangles as they form parallelogram, and diagonal of a parallelogram divides the parallelogram into 2 congruent triangles.

And prove the other individual triangles using the theoram, triangles lieing on the same base and btwn same parallel lines are congruent.
