It is found out that ∆opq is similar to ∆ors because
Angle O is common (A)
Angle qsr= angle opq(exterior angle of a cyclist quadrilateral is equal to it's opp. Interior angle(A)
Likewise with angle PRS and angle oqp (A).
Also since its shown it's= osr it proves than opq= oqp(as shown above). Making it an isosceles triangle this making OP= OQ. Hope it helps
