Length of Room=8.5 m

Breadth of Room=7 m

Height of Room=4 m

Room is in Cubiodical Shape.We have to paint it's Wall not it's Ground and Upper Surface.

Then Find Lateral Surface Area.

LSA=2(l+B)h

=2(8.5+7)×4

=2×15.5×4

=31×4

=124 m²

Area of 4 walls=124 m²

Door=1m×1m

Area=1 m²

2 windows=0.5m×0.5m

Area=2(0.5×0.5)

=2×0.25

=0.50 m²

Now Actual Wall Area if We remove Window and door.

124-(1+0.50)

=124-1.5

=122.5 m²

Area=122.5 m²

per/m² Painting=₹2

Total Cost=122.5×2

=₹245

\boxed{\mathbf{Cost\:of\: Painting=Rs.245}}
