$= \ \textgreater \ 3^{3x} * 3^{16} = 3^{7}$

$= \ \textgreater \ 3^{3x} = \frac{ 3^{7} }{ 3^{16} }$

$= \ \textgreater \ 3^{3x} = 3^{7 - 16}$

$= \ \textgreater \ 3^{3x} = 3^{-9}$

= > 3x = -9

= > x = -3.
