Height from which the ball was dropped = 20m

acceleration = 10m/s²

As the ball is dropped, its initial velocity, u = 0m/s

From laws of motion,

→ v² - u² = 2as

→ v² = 2as

→ v² = 2 (10) (20)

v = 20 m/s

Now, v = u + at

→ 20 = 0 + (10)t

→ 10t = 20

t = 2 seconds

Therefore, 2 seconds after being dropped, the ball will strike the ground with a velocity of 20 m/s

Hope it helps!!
