1) => (2x-1) (x-3) = ( x+4) (x-2)
=> (2x²-6x-x+3) = (x²-2x+4x-8)
=> (2x²-7x+3) = (x²+2x-8)
=> 2x²-x²-7x-2x+3+8 = 0
=> x²-9x+11 = 0
a=1 , b= -9 , c=11
Now you can solve further.

=> (2x²-7x+3) = (x²+2x-8)
