Given :

  • P(x) = x² - 3√5x + 10 = 0

To Find :

  • Value of x

Solution :

→ x² - 3√5x + 10 = 0

→ x² - √5x - 2√5x + 10 = 0

→ ( x²- √5x ) + ( - 2√5x + 10 ) = 0

→ x ( x - √5 ) -2√5 ( x - √5 ) = 0

→ ( x - √5 ) ( x - 2√5 ) = 0

When x - √5 = 0

→ x = √5

When x - 2√5 = 0

→ x = 2√5

YOUR QUESTION :

solve quadratic equation : x^2 − 3√5 + 10 = 0

YOUR ANSWER :

Given :

  • P(x) = x^2 − 3√5 + 10 = 0.

To find :

  • Value of x.

Solution :

x² - 3√5x + 10 = 0

=> x² - √5x - 2√5x + 10 = 0

=> ( x² - √5x ) ( - 2√5x + 10 ) = 0

=> x ( x - √5 ) - 2√5 ( x - √5 ) = 0

=> ( x - √5 ) ( x - 2√5 )

When x - √5 = 0

=> x = √5.

When x - 2√5 = 0

=> x = 2√5.
