Answer:

slant height = 45cm and height = 7√41cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

4. Given,

Radius of cone = 4cm

TSA of cone = 616cm^2

To Find:- height and slant height of cone=???

As we know,

TSA of cone = Pi*r*l + Pi*r^2

TSA of cone = Pi*r(r+l)

Substituting the values:-

616cm^2 = 22/7*4cm(4cm+l)

616cm^2 = 88/7cm(4cm+l)

616cm^2*7/88cm = 4cm+l

49cm = 4cm+l

49cm-4cm = l

45cm = l

We know that,

l^2 = h^2 + r^2

(45cm)^2 = h^2 + (4cm)^2

2025cm^2 = h^2 + 16cm^2

2025cm^2-16cm^2 = h^2

2009cm^2 = h^2

√2009cm^2 = h

7√41cm = h.

Hence, slant height = 45cm and height = 741cm.
