Given :\frac{x - 3}{9} -\frac{x - 2}{10} = 1-\frac{x}{12}

=>\frac{x - 3}{9} -\frac{x - 2}{10}+\frac{x}{12} = 1

=> \frac{(x - 3) * 20 - (x - 2) * 18 + x * 15}{180} = 1

=> \frac{20x - 60 - 18x + 36 + 15x}{180} = 1

=> \frac{17x - 24}{180} = 1

=> 17x - 24 = 180

=> 17x = 204

=> x = \frac{204}{17}

=> \boxed{x = 12}

Hope this helps!

\mathsf{Given\:equation =\dfrac{ x-3}{9} -\dfrac{x-2}{10}=1-\dfrac{x}{12}} \\\\\\\implies \dfrac{10(x-3)-9(x-2)}{90}+\dfrac{x}{12}=1\\\\\\\implies \dfrac{10x - 30-9x+18}{90}+\dfrac{x}{12} =1\\\\\\\implies \dfrac{10x-9x-30+18}{90}+\dfrac{x}{12}=1\\\\\\\implies \dfrac{x-12}{90}+\dfrac{x}{12}=1\\\\\\\implies \dfrac{12x-144+90x}{1080}=1\\\\\\\implies 102x - 144 = 1080\\\\\\\implies 102 x = 1224\\\\\\\implies x =12

Therefore the value of x satisfying the given equation is 12.
