Given,

3x(4x-5)+3

Let 3x(4x-5)+3=0

12x^2-15x+3=0

12x(x-1)-3(x-1)=0

(x-1) or (12x-3)

x=1 or x=1/4.

For x=1/2,

=3×1/2(4×1/2-5)+3

=3/2(2-5)+3

=3/2×-3+3

= -9/2+3

= -3/2

Hope this helps you.

\Longrightarrow{\boxed{\bold{Answer: \frac{3}{2} }}}

\textbf{\underline{Step-by-step explanation :- }}

\textsf{(ii) 3x( 4x - 5 ) + 3}

Substituting ½ instead of x,

= 3(½)[ 4(½) - 5 ] + 3

 = 3 \times \frac{1}{2} (4 \times \frac{1}{2} - 5) + 3 \\ \\ = \frac{3}{2} (2 - 5) + 3 \\ \\ = \frac{3}{2} ( - 3) + 3 \\ \\ = - 3( \frac{3}{2} - 1) \\ \\ = - 3( \frac{3 - 2}{2} ) = - 3 \times \frac{1}{2} \\ \\ = - \frac{3}{2}

= \mathfrak{Answer\:is\:-\frac{3}{2}}
