bond order is directly proportional to bond energy

soH2 has highest bond order so it will have more energy

and H2+ and H2-have same bond order but H2- has more antibonding electron so it is less stable than H2+ so H2-have is less stable than H2+ this means h2+ is more stable so it will have more energy than H2-have

so thw final order will be

max H2 then H2+ and minimum is of H2-
