Solution..

In triangle BOC.
By Pythagoras Theoram
${oc}^{2} = {bc}^{2} - {ob}^{2}$
${oc}^{2} = {17}^{2} - {8}^{2}$
${oc }^{2} = 289 - 64$
${oc}^{2} = 225$
OC = 25cm
so, height(h)= 15cm

Now, Area of trepenzium =
➡1/2 × (sum of parallel sides) × height
➡1/2 × (CD+AB) × h
➡1/2 × (6+14) × 15
➡1/2 × 20 × 15
➡10 × 15
$150 {cm}^{2}$
