HELLO DEAR,

(1+ tan² A) / (1+ cot² A)

= (1+ tan² A) / (1+ 1/tan² A)

= (1+ tan²A) / [(tan² A+ 1)/tan² A)]

= tan² A

and ,

( \frac{ 1 -  \tan( \alpha ) }{1 -  \cot( \alpha ) } ) ^{2}  \\  =  > ( \frac{1 -  \tan \alpha }{1 -  \frac{1}{ \tan \alpha } } ) ^{2}  \\  =  >  {( \frac{1 -  \tan( \alpha ) }{ \tan( \alpha ) - 1} })^{2}  \times   { \tan( \alpha ) }^{2}  \\  =  >  {(  - \frac{\tan( \alpha ) - 1 }{ \tan( \alpha ) - 1} })^{2}  \times  { \tan( \alpha ) }^{2}  \\  =  >  { \tan( \alpha ) }^{2}
I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS
