solve simple equation 6+3x=5(x_1)_3(x_2)​

I hope _ means minus

6 + 3x = 5(x-1) - 3(x-2)

=> 3x + 6 = 5x -5 -3x +6

=> 3x + 6 = 2x + 1

=> 3x - 2x = 1 - 6

=> x = - 5
