Hello friend

Here is your answer!!!!!!

__________________________

===>>
4/x + 3/y = 1. .............(1)

8/x - 9/y = 7 ...................(2)

Substituting 1/x = m and 1/y = n in the above equation we get.

4m + 3n = 1 .........................(3)

8m - 9n = 7 .......................(4)

Multiplying equation (3) by 2 we get,

8m + 6n = 2 ..................(5)

Subtracting equation (5) from equation (4) we get,

8m - 9n = 7
8m + 6n = 2
--------------------
0. -15n. = 5

-15n = 5

n = 5/-15

n = -1/3

Substituting n = -1/3 in equation (3) we get,

4m + 3n = 1

4m + 3 x -1/3 = 1

4m -1 = 1

4m = 1 +1

4m = 2

m = 2/4

m = 1/2

Resubstituting the values of m and n
we get,

1/x = 1/2 and 1/y = -1/3

: x = 2 and. y = -3

Are the solution of the given equation.

Thanks..

:)
