x/3 - y/4 + 1 = 0 , Multiply by 12: 4 x - 3 y = - 12 ---(1)
x/5 + y/2 = 4/15, Multiply by 30: 6 x + 15 y = 8 ---(2)
(1) * 5 + (2) => 26 x = -60 + 8 = - 52
=> x = -2
Substitute in (2): -12 + 15 y = 8 => y = 4/3
x/5 + y/2 = 4/15, Multiply by 30: 6 x + 15 y = 8 ---(2)
(1) * 5 + (2) => 26 x = -60 + 8 = - 52
=> x = -2
Substitute in (2): -12 + 15 y = 8 => y = 4/3
