for the emission of photoelectrons the wavelength of incident light must be less than the threshold wavelength since electron is emitted by green light but not by yellow light. hence only that light will emitt electron from the surface whose wavelength is less than a wavelength of green light therefore electron will not be emitted by red light however electron will be emitted by blue light .
