Answer:

•(3÷2)^7÷(3÷2)^9

=a^m÷a^n=(a)^m-n

therefore,(3÷2)^7-9=(3÷2)^-2

•(3÷2)^-2×(3÷2)^2

=a^m×a^n=(a)^m+n

therefore,(3÷2)^(-2)+2=(3÷2)^0=1

 {( \frac{3}{2}) }^{7}  \div   {( \frac{3}{2}) }^{9}   \times  {( \frac{3}{2} )}^{2}

According to BODMAS,We shall first do division and then multiplication.

 {( \frac{3}{2}) }^{7 - 9}  \times  {( \frac{3}{2}) }^{2}

{( \frac{3}{2}) }^{ - 2}  \times  {( \frac{3}{2}) }^{2}

 {( \frac{3}{2} )}^{ - 2 + 2}

{( \frac{3}{2} )}^{ 0}
