y+4=3x

3x-y=4............i)

2y-6x=-8

-(6x-2y)=-8

6x-2y=8

3x-y=4............ii)

we \:can\:se\:that\:equation\: i)\:is\: equal \:to\: equation\:ii)

Therefore \:they \:will\: form\: single\: line
