$=>(2^{2} )^{1/2} - (11^{2})^{1/2} - (2^{9} )^{1/9}$

$=>(2)^{2*1/2} - (11)^{2*1/2} - (2)^{9*1/9}$

$=>2-11-9$

$=> -18$
