 -  \frac{1}{2}  {a}^{2}  \:  \:  \:  -  \frac{1}{3}   {a}^{2} \:  \:  \: 2 {a}^{2}

 \frac{ -  {a}^{2} }{2}  -  \frac{ {a}^{2} }{3}  + 2 {a}^{2}  \\   = \frac{ - 3 {a}^{2} - 2 {a}^{2} + 12 {a}^{2}   }{6}  \\  =  \frac{12 {a}^{2}  - 5 {a}^{2} }{6}  =  \frac{7 {a}^{2} }{6}
