Given,

 \huge \frac{2x}{5}  -  \frac{3}{2}  =  \frac{x}{2}  + 1

Solution,

 \frac{2}{5}  -  \frac{3}{2}  =  \frac{x}{2}

To find x,

 \frac{2}{5}  -  \frac{3}{2}

= -1.1

 =  -  \frac{11}{10}

So,

  \huge\frac{2}{5}  -  \frac{3}{2}  =  \frac{ - 1.1}{10}  + 1 = \frac{1}{10}
