HEY!

No the value can never be greater than 1. If the probability is 1 than it means that an event is a sure event. The probability of an event can be between 0 and 1.
We can also justify it by formula : Probability = No. of favourable outcomes / Total no. of outcome. And thus the no. of favourable outcomes can never be greater than the total outcomes justifying that the probability can never be greater than 1.
