let \: discriminants \: be \: d_{1} \: and \: d_{2} \: respectively \\ d_{1} = 2 d_{2} \\ {2}^{2} - 4 \times 3 \times a = 2(16 - 4 \times 1 \times 2) \\ 4 - 12a = 2 \times 8 \\ 12a = - 16 + 4 \\ 12a = - 12 \\ a = -1

3x^2 +2x+a=0
x^2-4x+2=0

D1=2×2-4×3×a=4-12a
D2=16-8=8

ATQ
2×8=4-12a
16-4=-12a
a=-1
