3\sqrt{28} * 2\sqrt{7}=  3*2*(\sqrt{28} *\sqrt{7} )

                   = 6\sqrt{28 *7}

                   = 6\sqrt{196}

                   = 6\sqrt{14*14}

                   = 6\sqrt{(14)^2}

                   = 6*14

                   = 84
