\pink{\rightarrow} \rm{\dfrac{\dfrac{2}{3}x + 1}{x + \dfrac{  1}{ 4}} }= 5

\pink{\rightarrow} \rm{\dfrac{\dfrac{2x + 3}{3} }{\dfrac{  4x + 1}{ 4}}} = 5

\pink{\rightarrow} \rm{\dfrac{2x + 3}{3} × \dfrac{4}{4x + 1}}= 5

\pink{\rightarrow} \rm{\dfrac{4(2x + 3)}{3(4x + 1)} }= 5

\pink{\rightarrow} \rm{\dfrac{8x + 12}{12x + 3} }= 5

\pink{\rightarrow} \rm{8x + 12}= 5(12x + 3)

\pink{\rightarrow} \rm{8x + 12}= 60x + 15

\pink{\rightarrow} 8x - 60x = + 15 - 12

\pink{\rightarrow} -52x = + 3

\pink{\rightarrow} x = \rm{\dfrac{-3}{52}}

Therefore, the value of x is -3/52.

{2x/3 + 1} / {x + 1/4} = 5

{2x + 3}/{3} / {4x + 1}/{ 4} = 5

{2x + 3}/{3} × {4}/{4x + 1} = 5

4(2x + 3) / 3(4x + 1) = 5

{8x + 12}/{12x + 3} = 5

8x+12 = 5(12x + 3)

8x+12 = 60x + 15

8x - 60x = + 15 - 12

-52x = 3

x = -3/52
