  • Solve the equation by quadratic formula: 4x2-4a2x+(a4-b4)=0 .

\color{Purple}\sf\large According\:to \:the \:question

 \sf \implies \: 4 {x}^{2}  - 4 {a}^{2}x + ( {a}^{4} -  {b}^{4})  =0

\sf\large A=4\\B=-4{a}^{2}\\C= ( {a}^{4}-{b}^{4})\\D=\:?

=(-4a²)²-4×4×(a⁴-b⁴)

=16a⁴-16a⁴+16b⁴

D=16b⁴

x=-b±√D/2a

=-(-4a²)±4a²/2×4

=4a²±4a²/8

x=4a²+4a²/8

=8a²/8

=a²

x=4a²-4a²/8

=0/8

=0
