Answer:

Plz mark me as Brainliest...

Step-by-step explanation:

2x+3y=12

2x=12-3y

x=12-3y/2(eq.-1)

3x-2y=5(eq.-2)

put value of x from eq.1 into 2,

3(12-3y/2)-2y=5

so,by taking L.C.M and by cross multiply in next step we get,

36-9y-4y=10

-13y=-26

y=2

put value of y in eq. 2

3x-2y=5

3x-2×2=5

3x=9

x=3

All the BEST for the test :-)

Step-by-step explanation:

Solve equation [2] for the variable y

[2] 3y = -2x + 12

[2] y = -2x/3 + 4

// Plug this in for variable y in equation [1]

[1] 3x - 2•(-2x/3+4) = 5

[1] 13x/3 = 13

[1] 13x = 39

// Solve equation [1] for the variable x

[1] 13x = 39

[1] x = 3

// By now we know this much :

x = 3

y = -2x/3+4

// Use the x value to solve for y

y = -(2/3)(3)+4 = 2

Solution :

1] 3x - 2y = 5

[2] 2x + 3y = 12
