Answer:
(1-3y)(4-y) / (2-3y) (1-y) = 1
(1-3y)(4-y) = 1x(2-3y) (1-y)
By multiplying,
4-y-12y+3y^2 = 2-2y-3y+3y^2
4-13y+3y^2 = 2-5y+3y^2
Cutting 3y^2 on both sides,
4-13y = 2-5y
4-2 = 13y-5y
2 = 8y
y = 2/8
y = 1/4
