Answer:  47x  - 6y  =8

   -1.3x + 4y =-6x-2y=8

   =  -1.3x +6x   =   -2y  -  4y  = 8

    =-13/10+6x= -6y =8

     =  - 13x+60x/10  =8+6y

      =  47x =8+6y

     =47x  - 6y  =8
