\frac{x-3}{2} -\frac{x-1}{5} =\frac{2x-3}{5}\\\\=> \frac{5(x-3)-2(x-1)}{10} =\frac{2x-3}{5}\\\\=> \frac{5x-15-2x+2}{10} =\frac{2x-3}{5}\\\\=>  \frac{3x-13}{10} =\frac{2x-3}{5}\\\\=> 5(3x-13)=10(2x-3)\\\\=>15x-65=20x-30\\\\=>20x-15x=30-65\\\\=> 5x=-35\\\\=> x= -35 \div 5 \\\\=> x= -7
