 \frac{(3y + 4)}{(2 - 6y)}  =  \frac{ - 2}{7}  \\  =  > 7(3y + 4) =  - 2(2 - 6y) \\  =  > 21y + 28 =  - 4 + 12y \\  =  > 9y = 24 \\  =  > y = 2.66
