The value of x is -1.

Given - Equation

Find - Value of x

Solution - Rewriting the equation -

 \frac{2x - 3}{x}  = 5

Shifting 5 to numerator of RHS

2x - 3 = 5x

Shifting 2x from LHS to RHS

 - 3 = 5x - 2x

Performing subtraction

 - 3 = 3x

Shifting 3 to other side of equation and performing division

x =  \frac{ - 3}{3}

x =  - 1

Hence, the value of x is -1.
