Solution:

2x²-5x+3 = 0

=> 2x²-5x = -3

Divide each term by 2 , we get

=> x²-(5x/2) = -3/2

=> x² -2*x*(5/4) = -3/2

=> x²-2*x*(5/4)+(5/4)²=-3/2+(5/4)²

=> (x-5/4)² = -3/2+25/16

=> (x-5/4)²=(-24+25)/16

=> (x-5/4)² = 1/16

=> x-5/4 = ±√(1/16)

=> x = 5/4± 1/4

=> x = (5±1)/4

=> x = (5+1)/4 or x = (5-1)/2

=> x = 3/2 or x = 2
