3(x+4) -2(2-x) =4(2x-1) +7

3x+12-4+2x= 8x-4+7

3x+2x+8 = 8x+3

5x+8= 8x+3

Bring 3 to LHS and 5x to RHS

We get ,

8-3 = 8x-5x

5 = 3x

5/3 = x

x= 1.6666
