Restrictions are x≠3 or −32

First we cross-multiply, then we solve as usual.

4x−3=52x+3

4(2x+3)=5(x−3)

8x+12=5x−15

3x=−27

x=−9

3x-15/4-4x=3-(x-3)/2

3x-15/2-2x=6-x-3

3x-15/2-2x=x-3

3x-15=-2x^2-8x-6

3x=-2x^2-8x-6+15

3x=-2x^2-8x+9

3x+2x^2+8x-9=0

2x^2+11x-9=0
