Hey!!!
That's very simple

3x+1/x+5 = 6x-7/2x+1
=>(3x+1)(2x+1) = (x+5)(6x-7)
=>(6x^2 + 3)(2x+1)=6x^2+30x-7x-35
=>5x+1=23x - 35
=>5x - 23x = - 36
=>-18x = - 36
=>x = -36/-18
=>x = 2
