Step-by-step explanation:

taking LHS

3x-4(2x-5)

3x(2x-5)-4(2x-5)

6x^2-15x-8x+20

6×^2-23x+20......EQ1

Now taking RHS

2(x-1)+5÷2

multipling eq by 2

4(x-1)+5

4x+1......EQ2

NOW compating eq 1 and 2 we get

6x^2-23x+20=4x+1

6x^2-23x+20=4x+1

6x^2-23x+20-4x-1=0

6x^2-27x-19 =0

is the quadratic equation
