4x -  \frac{3}{2} x + 1 = 4 \\  =  > 4x -  \frac{3x}{2} = 4 - 1 \\  =  >  \frac{8x - 3x}{2}  = 3 \\  =  > 5x = 3 \times 2 \\  =  > 5x = 6 \\  =  > x =  \frac{6}{5}
