solve the equation 5x-1 upon 2x+3 =6

5x - 1 / ( 2x + 3 ) = 6

5x - 1 = 6 ( 2x + 3)

5x - 1 = 12x + 18

-18 - 1 = 12 x - 5x

-19 = 7x

x = - 19/7

5x-1/2x+3=6

5x-1= 6[2x+3]

5x-1= 12x+18

5x-12x = 18+1

-7x= 19

-x = 19/7

X = - 19/7
