=> ( x + 1 ) + ( 2x + 1 ) = ( x + 3 ) + ( 3x + 3 ) - 24


 \mathbb{Openin g  \:  \: Brackets :}


=> x + 1 + 2x + 1 = x + 3 + 3x + 3 - 24


=> x + 2x + 1 + 1 = x + 3x + 3 + 3 - 24


=> 3x + 2 = 4x - 18


=> 2 + 18 = 4x - 3x


  \bold{=>  \:  \: 20 = x }






 \textbf{Checking  \:  \:  whether \:  \:  the \:  \:   value \:  \:  of  \:  \: x  \:  \: is  \:  \: 20 \:  \:    or  \:  \: not, }



Putting the value of x on both sides,

LHS = ( 20 + 1 ) + [ 2( 20 ) + 1 ]

=> 21 + 40 + 1

=> 61 + 1

=> 62




RHS = ( 20 + 3 ) + [ 3( 20 ) + 3 ] - 24

=> 23 + 60 + 3 - 24

=> 63 - 24 + 23

=> 63 - 1

=> 62
