2)3x-8y=5

x3-2x2-19x+20÷x2-6x+5​

x/(+5×5)-(-8×4) = y/(4×3)-(5×2) = 1/(2×-8)-(3×-5)

x/-25+32 = y/12-10 = 1/-16+15

x/7 = y/2 = 1/-1

therefore, x/7 = 1/-1

x = -7

and y/2 = 1/-1

y = -2
