We use trial and error method,

3m−14=4

Put, m=0

3(0)−14=4

⟹−14

=4

Put, m=1

3(1)−14=4

⟹−11

=4

Similarly check for p=2,3,4,5,6

So, for p=6

We get,

3(6)−14=4

⟹4=4

Hence m=6
