Given Equation is 11x + 15y + 23 = 0

= > 11x + 15y = -23 ----- (1)

Given Equation is 7x - 2y - 20 = 0

= > 7x - 2y = 20 ---- (2)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On solving (1) * 7 & (2) * 11, we get

= > 77x + 105y = -161

= > 77x - 22y = 220

-------------------------

127y = -381

y = -3.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Substitute y = -3 in (2), we get

= > 7x - 2y = 20

= > 7x - 2(-3) = 20

= > 7x + 6 = 20

= > 7x = 14

= > x = 2

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Therefore, the value of y = -3 and x = 2.

Hope this helps!
