log a -log b = log (a/b)

 log( \frac{10x + 5}{x - 4} )  = 2

if the base of log 10 then,

100 =  \frac{10x + 5}{x - 4}

100x - 400 = 10x + 5

90x = 405

x = 45

I hope it help you ❤️
