Hey mate!

___________________

 \frac{m - m - 1}{2} = \frac{1 - m - 2}{3} \\ \\ \frac{ - 1}{2} = \frac{ - 1 - m}{3} \\ \\ \bold{on \: cross \:multiplication ..} \\ \\ 3( - 1) = 2( - 1 - m) \\ \\ = > - 3 = - 2 - 2m \\ \\ = > \cancel- (3) = \cancel - 2(1 + m) \\ \\ = > 3 = 2 + m \\ \\ \\ = > m = 3 - 2 \\ \\ = > m = 1

Hence

The answer is 1.
