 \frac{2}{13} (2x + 3y) = 3 +  \frac{x - y}{4}  \\  \\  \frac{4x}{13} +  \frac{6y}{13}   =  \frac{3x - 3y}{4}  \\  \\  \frac{4x +6y }{13}  =  \frac{3x - 3y}{4}  \\  \\ 4(4x + 6y) = 13(3x - 3y) \\  \\ 16x + 24y = 39x - 39y \\  \\ 16x - 39x = 39y - 24y \\  \\  - 23x = 15y \\  \\

xy = 15/-23
