 \huge \bold \color{green}{ \underline{ \underline \red{required \: answer : }}}

   \huge{\frac{(1 - 2x) + (1 + 2x)}{(4x + 1) + (x - 3)}  =  \frac{1}{2}}  \\   \\

\huge  {  =   \frac{1 - 2x + 1 + 2x}{4x + 1 + x - 3}  =  \frac{1}{2} }

 \huge =  \frac{1 + 1 - 2x + 2x}{4x + x + 1 - 3}  =  \frac{1}{2}

 \huge \:  =  \frac{2}{5x - 2}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\ \\    \huge \:  1 \times (5x - 2) = 2 \times 2 \\   \\  \huge \: 5x - 2 = \: 4 \\  \\  \huge \: 5x = 4 + 2 \\  \\  \huge \: 5x = 6 \\  \\  \huge \: x =  \frac{6}{5}

so the value of x is 6/5
