$\frac{3 - x}{5} - \frac{1 - x}{3} = \frac{13}{60}$

take LCM,

$\frac{9 - 3x - 5 + 5x}{15} = \frac{13}{60}$

$\frac{4 + 2x}{15} = \frac{13}{60}$

now multiply both sides by 15 then,

$4 + 2x = \frac{13}{4}$

now cross multiplication

then

$16 + 8x = 13$

$8x = - 3$

$x = \frac{ - 3}{8}$
